Per vial Thiamine mononitrate 3.1 mg, riboflavin Na phosphate 4.9 mg, nicotinamide 40 mg, pyridoxine HCl 4.9 mg, Na pantothenate 16.5 mg, Na ascorbate 113 mg, biotin 60 mcg, folic acid 0.4 mg, cyanocobalamin 5 mcg

Water-soluble vit supplement for IV nutrition.

Dosage/Direction for Use
Adult & childn ≥10 kg 1 vial daily. Childn <10 kg 1/10 of the content of 1 vial/kg daily.

Hypersensitivity.

Special Precautions
Must not be given undiluted. Folic acid may obscure pernicious anaemia. Biotin may interfere w/ lab tests that are based on a biotin/streptavidin interaction; higher risk of interference in childn & patients w/ renal impairment & increases w/ higher doses. Pregnancy & lactation.

Drug Interactions
Pyridoxine can reduce effect of levodopa. Folic acid may lower serum phenytoin conc.
